U.C. Berkeley and EchoSign-for-Nonprofits: "It Helps Us Think Outside the Box"
Broadly speaking, we look to Salesforce.com as a model for how to build a best-of-breed SaaS company. One of the many things Salesforce has done so well is provide qualified discounts to nonprofits and not-for-profits.
We're pleased to be in a position to do the same thing. The American Lung Association, for example, recently signed up for EchoSign Enterprise edition and did a terrific write up of how we've turbocharged their contracting process.
Another we are proud of is the University of California . The HR department uses EchoSign to automate its time sheets. Prior to EchoSign, it was taking a week or more before there was any notification that time sheets had been completed. Now, "In 1-2 days, the time sheet process is either complete, or I know who is holding up approval.”
We're pleased they are leveraging not only the "Sign" half of EchoSign (instant e-signatures), but also the "Echo" half -- being able to track and manage the status of all their timesheets in real-time.
