EchoSign Summer '08 Launches

We're pleased this evening to have rolled out our Summer '08 release simultaneously to all our 370,000 EchoSigners worldwide. 

A lot of the improvements are focused on customizations and enterprise accounts.

A partial summary:

1.  One-Click Custom Workflows:  See one we use at the left to sign our medical enrollment forms.  Now the Send interface can be completely customized for "one click" custom workflows.  This feature is limited to 30+ seat accounts - contact your account rep.

2. More Recent Events.  Now you can track up to the 30 last events (sending, signing, viewing) of your team -- and even more via our RSS feed.

3.  Dynamic Redundant Fax Numbers.  At EchoSign we are 110% committed to making sure it always gets signed.   Now, if you use our fax signature option (instead of, or combined with, e-sign), we dynamically add a second fax number to the fax cover sheet.  The can help with international faxing, and guarantees that no matter what, it gets signed.

4.  Fully Customizable Emails.  Now, Enterprise customers can upload their own custom header and footer images, as well as footer text, to all EchoSign emails.
