Celent: 42% of Insurance Industry Now Using E-Signatures

Celent Consulting put out a year-end report on 12/31/07 with some numbers that surprised us.  42% of the insurance industry is now using e-signatures.  While the report saw this as slow adoption, we're pretty impressed.  They go on to note that "the majority of Tier 1 through Tier 3 carriers will put e-signatures in      production for at least some business processes within the next 24 to 36 months."
