We're very pleased to announce that SpringCM, an innovative leader in On-Demand Document Management has fully integrated EchoSign into its Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system. SpringCM has a just outstanding fully on-demand service and counts among its hundreds of brand-name customers leaders such as General Electric, Avon, Cox Communications, and Comcast.
In a nutshell, SpringCM automates the actions and workflows on either side of EchoSign. Their proposal routing and approval system allows collaboration and interaction around contracts before they are ready for execution. Then, SpringCM passes the contract through EchoSign's APIs and EchoSign tracks down all the signatures, either electronic or fax-based. Finally, SpringCM automatically places a copy of every signed contract in their enterprise content management system, along with all other critical corporate documents. Best of all, both products are fully integrated in Salesforce.com and WebEx Connect!
