EchoSign Calls 2008 the Year of Closing the Deal!

This has been a wonderful year for EchoSign and we want to thank you all for your continued support as we achieve new success and meet new milestones. Several things happened this year that reinforced our belief that EchoSign is the signature service for today’s business of any size. Some key achievements in 2007 that we are particularly proud of include:

• EchoSign has seen a tenfold jump in growth of both our customer and user-base including giants like BT, GE, Honeywell; mid-market SAAS companies such as ExactTarget, VerticalResponse, Successfactors, LinkedIn, and Intacct; and SOHOs such as Brailgram.com, Biosphere Expeditions and RealHipHop Records.

Each one of our customers has a terrific story and use case for EchoSign.  We love every one! At BT, for example, we now have over 3,000 sales reps using the BT-branded version of EchoSign to close contracts with SMBs on the phone. Bailgram.com is helping “little Johnny” get out of jail faster, and at Biosphere Expeditions you can use EchoSign to book an expedition to help survey the elusive Arabian leopard.

• And we continue to exceed customer expectations everyday. Our almost 200,000 users cut their quote-to-close times from over a week to less than 42 minutes in 2007 using EchoSign.  And they now sign well over $100,000,000 a month in deals on EchoSign.

Leading vendors began to realize and support our value proposition in the sales and contract management lifecycle as we delivered deep integration with leading vendors Salesforce.com, eFax, WebEx, Zoho, Box.net, SpringCM, Upside Software, Apptus, HR Block, and RocketLawyer.  BT white-labeled and resold our product in the U.K. and EU.

 • Finally, the industry awarded us for our continued impact. EchoSign has been profiled by Red Herring as one of the Top 100 Private Companies in North America, named “The Killer App for Contract Management” by Salesforce.com, and named a “Best Practice” for going green by British Telecom.

 

So what should you expect from EchoSign in 2008? We are calling 2008 the Year of Closing the Deal and in Q1 you can expect to see new product enhancements that address the most pressing pain points in our customer and partner base. You can also expect us to continue to evangelize our role in alleviating major bottlenecks for enterprise, small business and SOHO customers -- including salesforce automation, corporate compliance, documentation management and archiving. We vow to continue our phenomenal growth. And if you are not using EchoSign now, you will be by the end of 08!
