The Oakland Tribune did a nice piece on one noteworthy EchoSigner, leading furniture designer Eric Pfeiffer of Pfeiffer Labs. There are many interesting things in the piece, which is here. But perhaps the most interesting part is why he started to use EchoSign. Our users and customers range from the Fortune 500 to many leading public companies - which gives our small business users a big advantage. By using EchoSign (and especially by using the corporate-branded EchoSign Enterprise), Pfeiffer's paperwork and contracts are signed, tracked and managed just as professionally as the big guys - and in just seconds.
The piece notes: "He uses EchoSign to keep track of documents such as contracts and nondisclosure agreements, and also for document exchange and execution ... When Pfeiffer affixes his signature to a contract, he faxes the document to EchoSign, which then sends PDFs — online reproductions of the document — to the client, to Pfeiffer and anyone else he requests. Pfeiffer has been designing furniture for 10 years, but just struck out on his own with Pfeiffer Lab last year."
Folks like Vistaprint let the small guys look professional when they walk in the door. EchoSign lets you look professional when you then go to close the deal.
